Welcome to Boatshed Thames, I am Simone Ray and I am privileged to be the owner of the Boatshed Thames brokerage on the non-tidal Thames.
At Boatshed Thames we offer a full traditional yacht brokerage using the latest technology to market your boat to an extensive audience. All the boats are personally photographed and videoed by me and all viewings are accompanied. Last year Boatshed sold over 1200 boats and we currently have 450,000 registered customers so your boat will be in safe hands.
I have spent the last 30 years messing about on boats on the Thames. I also have my own boat “Akvavit” a Bayliner 285 at Windsor marina. You are likely to see me out and about on my boat often with the other half aka “the Food and Beverage Director” and sometimes with my two cats. Always feel free to wave and say hi and if you can catch me moored up I may be persuaded to put the kettle on or see if there is anything stronger available in the fridge!
In my previous life I worked in Sales and Account Management for 20 years, however I now have the opportunity to do something I am passionate about, which is boats and the Thames! So I have now been able to leave the corporate life behind me for something I truly love.
