The engine is housed in reasonable sized engine room with good access all round for servicing etc. The cooling system is a sealed, closed loop of piping that extends aft outside the hull into the water, thus avoiding any risk of blockage. The diesel fueled central heating boiler is situated here together with the battery bank and management system and fuses etc. The boat is wired for both 12v and 240v with ring mains etc.

The boat has a large holding tank, the size is unknown but normally will only need to be emptied once every two months with two people living on board. The hull has been extensively replated in 2005 and has been painted with a durable paint finish that should last at least 10 years. |

This is a great example of this traditional style of Dutch Barge. Perfect for cruising the waterways of Europe and an ideal live-aboard. She is in excellent condition and full of the comforts of home. The accommodation is well laid out, making the best use of the available space. She is bright and airy down below and the Wheelhouse is a great place to watch the world go by, whether on passage or on a mooring. Access to the aft deck is via the Wheelhouse door and is a superb area for entertaining. The wide side decks offer good access forward to the bow. These boat details are subject to contract.
