| Construction
Steel Construction with Full-Displacement underwater profile, paint finish.
This ia a high quality build with all the attention to detail that you would expect from a Dutch yard. The construction is substantial and very fit for purpose. She was taken out of the water last year and the hull below the water line stripped back to bare metal and repainted with ten coats of Hempadure which should last for about ten years before needing any further attention. A belt and braces bit of maintenance. |

The layout below is spacious and bright with a well equipped galley. The added bonus of two heads is rare on a boat of this length but very useful when you have guests aboard. The headroom is reduced in the aft cabin, however most of your time in this cabin is spent lying down, so perhaps it is not too much of a problem. Cabin heating and the fridge make for comfortable cruising. |

This boat is priced to sell, offering tremendous value for money. The moment you step on board this boat you know that she is substantial in her construction and that she is well built. The boat does not rock very much when you move around and the railings keep you secure, A great family boat and extremely popular style and layout. The en-suite loo in the after cabin is a great benefit for the owner, again particularly with family on board. She is easy to manoeuvre with the benefit of the bow-thruster and easily handled by two people. Very keenly priced, we recommend an early viewing. There is plenty of deck space for lounging on during the long summer days.
