This boat offers great sailing together with the economy offered from sitting on her trailer rather than an expensive pontoon. An easily handled trailer sailer, she is great for weekends afloat. She’s lightweight, like a big dinghy with a lid, so towing, launching and recovery should be a cinch, but with her water ballast taken on via an ‘automatic’ valve, once on the water she turns into a yacht. The trailer is virtually brand new and she also has a tool kit. Living accommodation is a fairly basic and open plan, but with a 7’ x 6’ aft berth, she has a bigger double bed than the average house! The boat has a ’pop up’ roof which extends the headroom to nearly six foot in the saloon area. A cooker and toilet complete the essentials for fun weekends afloat and the cockpit has a sun awning to offer shade when at anchor.
MacGregor have built more sailboats than anyone else in the world. One assumes that they are doing something right!
