Broker's Comments

Boatshed Grand Union are very pleased to offer this cruiser-stern narrowboat for sale. She is priced to sell as the current owner has reached the age when the lock key has to be hung up and memories linger.

This reverse layout boat is set up for cruising or live aboard for a couple. Spacious and sensibly fitted out she has charm and character. An ideal boat for those wanting to buy for the first time.

A leisure mooring is available with a transfer fee of 5% of the purchase price payable to the marina operator.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
